I believe we know what's going on now for sure. Those "-----" were actually not the price tags, that's the text that the product is currently showing when the offer has expired (i.e. it's been 2 hours in rotation, or 1 week in case for the weekly offers). The text should read "Offer expired" in red color, instead of those dashes (that has already been fixed on our end), and when attempting to click on one of those offers a text message should popup up stating that the specific offer has already expired and suggests you to switch tabs or reload shop in order to get the new shop items. That message should already be shown, wasn't that the case? Perhaps you guys were too long stucked in that screen and somehow lost connection so the game probably couldn't get/refresh the offers until reloading that screen or, like JohnWayne said, restarting the app?
