Game stuck when buying defiance design cards

Hello,
My game stuck when buying defiance design cards. I spent 6,000 raid points but received nothing. Later, I ended the game, then reopened it and spent 12,000 raid points and received 20 defiance cards which is the normal case. Could you please restore my lost 6,000 raid points back?
