Android update issue

I had a issue when the latest defiance update came for my android device. The screen gets struck in requesting permission. I waited a hour and its still struck. I exited and reenter the app but it gives me a error message about not having the game and assets installed in the same path.

I had deleted and reinstall the app but the issue keeps occurring.
