Blueprints not credited

Early this morning I had 19300 raid points
I tried to buy TWO sets of 10 Outbreak Blueprints...cost 12000.

Cost was spent but I only have 10 BPs...should have 20

There was an error message...something about not having enough resources or so...but makes no sense.

Please check and correct if possible
