PVP Timeout Upon Winning

This happens at least once a day and I know it happens to other people as well. There is something in the code that prevents the submission of a successful round at times. I never get disconnection errors mid game, only when the match is over. Are yall aware of this? And my battle pass went from being complete from that game to zero without upgrading to the next level...Took 3 days to grind that stupid infantry in pvp level.

Edit: playing on steam/win 10 machine. All necessary ports are open.

I'll review the match and the reason of the timeout but at first glance it seems a disconnection from the server during the match.

How does that erase all progress for the battle chest though?
