It seems i spoke too soon..
For a few minutes when i changed the language of the ipad to portuguese it was working, then it went back to the usual freezing.
I just remembered i had the same problem with galaxy of heroes when ios 14 came out and the only way i could play it was by changing the ipad language to portuguese and the in game language also to portuguese.
So the problem is probably with the languages. Hope that helps.

Hi bsdomingues,
We have been trying to replicate this issue without luck, it's really weird that changing the language it freezes the device especially when Portuguese isn't a language we have implemented in the game. We have tried switching languages back and forth on an iPad Pro with the same OS than you mentioned without luck. I'm hoping you understand we are currently stuck here until finding 100% replicable steps for us to be able to fix this.

I'm sorry we couldn't help you on this one. Also, not sure if you are the same user that wrote a very negative review on Steam (https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/765 ... d/1019250/), if this is you and you could change it or at least let us know what can we do for you so you can change it to a positive one we'd be grateful.

I will then stop playing the game as i can’t really play much on my phone.
