New year's rewards

Dear players,

First of all, we whish you a very happy start of the year from FrozenShard's team. Just so you know, we are aware of the end-of-the-week rewards not being automatically delivered by the servers. We are currently investigating this issue and it looks like the new year digits messed with the name of some leaderboards that needed to be checked to deliver them. Do not worry, since I 100% assure you, these rewards will be delivered as soon as possible. It's quite a tough week since we work remotely until next week but rest assured we are looking into this since it's a priority matter.

Thanks for your time, and please accept our deepest apologies. It was never our intention to start with such bad luck this 2018!

if you are trying to fix something, be aware that all damage done so far has been reset, including completed raids.

Now I have double rewards and I'm sure others will gleefully accept them.

Everything else looks OK. Damage for raids is back.

I am curious why the gold rewards are different. I did not realize they were random.

Some players moved platoon AFTER reward counter (me, gusgus78, assassin, 1944, trampon, oldglory) from rangers/pkka to j4f/WAFFENSS.
That was after reward. I got my weekly platoon reward (gold) but no raid rewards.

Hello,

If you move to another platoon before receiving the rewards, you won't be elegible for them, while the issue we had delayed them we understand that was something wrong for our side. We'll try to see what we can do with these cases, but it'll take some time.

In rangers we did hard and med. USA team raid.
The ladder was at both the same:
1. Hunter86
2. Assassin
3. Gusgus78
4. Trampon
5. Oldglory
