I could not open my month coffer

Hello, I write to you in order to find a solucion to my problem. The month has already finished but I could only open one of the two coffers. I opened correctly the one for reaching the master lige, but when I tried to open the coffer I gained for my points ( I had 2404 points), a server error appeared and I couldn't opened it because it desappeared. I hope you can solve this problem.
