For this months friendly tournament I d like to try something different. So please read the following very carefully.
Basically, this is the idea:
- 1. Choose a faction (Germany, Japan, Russia, UK or USA)
- 2. Announce your choice here by postreplying to this post
- 3. Make a deck
- 4. Earn points for the faction you have chosen
- 5. Play as many friendly pvp battles as you like
Deck Restrictions:
Gametype: Axis vs Allies
Cards: One faction only (30 cards of one specific faction)
Diamonds: None
Landbattle: Only infantry, armored units and buildings
Legendary (elite): Max 3 (red cards)
Other cards: No restrictions.
Who can join?
There are only 2 conditions you have to meet:
-1 You need to be registered to this forum;
-2 You have to be able to make a deck as I’ve described above.
How do I sign up for this tournament?
That’s simple. Just reply to this post that you’d like to participate and announce the faction you ll be playing for
When does it start?
We start now. The tournament will last until the end of February.
What are the victory conditions?
We play only Axis vs Allies
How does it work?
Announce yourself on the global chat and tell that you’re ready to play friendly tournament
(If and) after you’ve found an other participant to this tournament you play one or more friendly PvP matches. After you’ve finished, you report the number of victories you ve made here on forum by replying to this post.
Every victory will gain you 1 point for the faction you have chosen
At the end of February (after the tournament is finished) I’ll do the math and I’ll let you know which faction performed best at this tournament.
What are the rewards?
As you may have noticed, this is a friendly tournament. So the rewards are honor and (mostly) fun.
Disqualification?
You could be disqualified by cheating/unfair playing (not honoring the restrictions as I ve described above). But again, this is a friendly tournament. It is supposed to be fun and I cannot imagine that anyone would seriously try and/or like to sabotage such a thing..
Well that’s it,... I think I’ve covered everything there is to mention about this tournament. If you do have questions don’t hesitate and shoot. I hope a lot players will sign up for this tournament. I suppose (and hope) that many players can make a deck meeting these restrictions. So everybody has a reasonable chance to win.
Waiting for (hopefully a lot of) your replies,
If you have questions please let me know
Cheers,
