New support lane workings and how they are broken

Postby TheMartyJoy » 11 May 2019, 21:14

Are we expecting a hotfix for units that have exploratory forces or should I just not play pvp until next patch? It's highly unbalancing when units gain the artilery ability but don't have the skill. They should not be able to attack from the support line after they are deployed and they also avoid damage if attacking from support line as if they have artilery but they don't.

Hello,

We don't have plants to change the Expeditionary Force ability in the near future. The amount of units with this ability is limited (except for the British forces) and all factions have their advantages, such as machine-gun, blitz, discipline or armor penetration.

Can they at least have artilery then? It would be nice to know they are immune to damage when attacking from the support lane.

Hello,

We'll try to better explain that the unit has a mix of "artillery + deploy" so there's no confusion here.

Thank you, caught me off guard too many times where I'm thinking the unit will take damage but it didn't. I'm sorry if my initial post was in an angered tone, I should have slept on it before posting.
