The offers are bugged,they been stuck on the same ones all day

Hi Rebecca, not sure if they actually got stuck at the time you wrote the post but we are seeing they have actually changed. Did you anyways refer to the hourly or weekly ones?

The hourly items have frozen without prices sometimes lately

Hi again guys,

I'm sorry but I'm going to have to ask you to ellaborate. Can you please give me more precise information about what's going on? At first I thought @Rebecca was talking about offers (still don't know if hourly or weekly) were stuck. Stuck meaning the timer didn't go on? Or was it that you were talking about the hourly ones and after the 2h expired the same cards were shown for 2 more hours?

@Johnwayne, thanks for joining the conversation, I'd ask you the same thing, with "frozen" you mean the game was unresponsive? The price was shown as N.A.? The countdown didn't go on?

Hi, the situation I was describing is occurring right now. Double epic chest has ——- for price and scorched earth had ——- for price. They are the 2 hour items.

If I close app and reopen it sometimes rights it’s self as this time.

Hi,

I believe we know what's going on now for sure. Those "-----" were actually not the price tags, that's the text that the product is currently showing when the offer has expired (i.e. it's been 2 hours in rotation, or 1 week in case for the weekly offers). The text should read "Offer expired" in red color, instead of those dashes (that has already been fixed on our end), and when attempting to click on one of those offers a text message should popup up stating that the specific offer has already expired and suggests you to switch tabs or reload shop in order to get the new shop items. That message should already be shown, wasn't that the case? Perhaps you guys were too long stucked in that screen and somehow lost connection so the game probably couldn't get/refresh the offers until reloading that screen or, like JohnWayne said, restarting the app?

Also we forgot to mention the offers will auto-refresh in case the "Offers" tab is already selected.
