Dear admin,

I had purchased twice on this rainbow champion offer from shop. Both purchased was successful. The amount was deducted from my account but no card and box received both time.

PLEASE LOOK THIS SHOP PURCHASED ISSUE. IS FRUSTRATED AND SAD. Take money but no item received. :!:

there no email support@frozenshard.com. it said "The recipient info doesn't seem quite right. Please look it over and try again."

I also sent ticket like on sunday. But there no reply till today
