Bought origin pack for 2.99 froze, took my money

I got a origin pack 50% off for 2.99 then when I clicked it and put in my password then it froze and exited out :/ I went to the game and got nothing. Then I checked my balance on the Apple Store then I had 3 less dollars please help! I also bought the Vip thing this worked. I problem started buying stuff at 1:00 4/21/17
