Spell cost modifiers

Hi, when I use card eureka to make cost 0 spell I can't use cost 0 spell if my mana pool is less than original cost of the spell I try to use. Eg turn1 play 2x buzzard then eureka to make 0 cost armour up, when I attempt to play 0 cost armour up I get "this minion can not be played here" message.
