Ramesses II card issue after recent update

I noticed after the update today that when I play this card it only uses 3 gems(not 5) and the card is un-usable. I can't promote it and it doesn't damage the opponents player. I had to reload the game during the RAID as it froze after I played the card. In PVP it's like it's not there and my opponent attacks my player and not the Ramesses II card in front of it. Windows 10 OS.

I'm unsure about the problem that you report, I've checked the card and it always costs 5 to play.
